Planificación económica y rol del estado en el desarrollo económico de China

El proyecto pretende examinar el modo en que China desarrolla su planificación económica y el impacto que la misma ha tenido (y tiene) sobre el desarrollo de su país. Con este fin, estudiamos el desarrollo y funcionamiento de las organizaciones e instituciones que coordinan el proceso de planificación, la forma en que los planes se desarrollan y se articulan temporalmente bajo la forma de planes de corto, mediano y largo plazo; los mecanismos de implementación y supervisión que posee la planificación, las estrategias de inserción mundial, y los impactos que los mismos tienen sobre el desarrollo económico y condiciones de vida de su población.

Economic planning and the role of the state in China’s economic development

The project aims to examine the way in which China develops its economic planning and the impact it has had (and continues to have) on the country’s development. To this end, we study the development and functioning of the organizations and institutions that coordinate the planning process, the way in which the plans are developed and temporarily articulated in the form of short, medium and long term plans; the implementation and supervision mechanisms that the planning has, the strategies of global insertion, and the impacts that they have on the economic development and living conditions of its population.
