Tema de investigación: Paradiplomacia y Transformación Energética Local. Las iniciativas de energéticas en Argentina y su vinculación con China (2014-2024)

Su línea de investigación se enfoca en la gestión paradiplomática de las provincias argentinas en relación a proyectos energéticos con China. El estudio busca ahondar en los intereses complementarios de las provincias con el gigante asiático en el marco de la transición energética y, paralelamente, estudiar la paradiplomacia como herramienta de gestión internacional subnacional y como mecanismo de reajuste de los resultados producidos a nivel estatal.

Paradiplomacy and Local Energy Transformation: Energy Initiatives in Argentina and their relationship with China (2014-2024)

The research examines the role of paradiplomacy in the management of energy projects between Argentine provinces and China. The study investigates the complementary interests of the provinces and China within the context of energy transition. Additionally, it explores how paradiplomacy functions as a tool for subnational international management and as a mechanism for adjusting outcomes at the state level.

The research employs a paradiplomatic approach to analyze Argentine paradiplomacy, assessing its impact on the regression, maintenance, or potential enhancement of asymmetric relationships and dependency with China.
